MUD-Dev is amazingly boring. Not reading some of its threads
would probably be a step in the right direction--out of my cloud of
boredom.
I've been painting on `raw' canvas, today--primed-by-the-manufacturer
with some sort of thin acrylic stuff, but retaining a lot of canvasy
texture. I think that I may prefer painting on wet canvas....
I've been having problems with the da-vinci white base that I've
been using turning yellow. The bottle reads, "LIGHTFASTNESS RATING:
I - EXCELLENT". Maybe I'm just not giving it enough light, or too
much light, or something....
In any case..., painting on dry, toothy canvas is very different. I
get whatever colour I put onto the brush--no implicit mixing--and I
seem to go through more paint....
I wonder what the preference-levels of other people are.
I drove a Jetta, this week. I now (again?) have a much better
understanding of just how strange my car is. I like my car.
I think that I need to write something like a regular-expression
library..., except for data-structures, not just characters. A
library for `regular structures', maybe. I think that it'd be
helpful in writing the command-dispatch routines in Koyemsi.
I'd really like some chai, right about now.
